Exchange policy

If the Jewelry article is damaged or wrong article is delivered to the customer, it can be exchanged within 7 days with the original order receipt/packing after received by the courier.

No cash refund- Customer will be offered a coupon of an equivalent amount. Validity of coupon will be for 30 days.
Customer will return  the good through courier by him/ her self. Company will not entertain customer with any courier services except customer with damaged articles claim, replacement of new article will be done by us.

Tag attached to the Jewelry needs to be intact in order for the item to be exchanged.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Please note that the change in colour is due to lighting effects of photographs. please confirm the colour on order. No exchange will be entertained for colour issues.
